For this personal project, a colleague needed assistance in restoring a ticket stub from a 1975 concert to then create a gift for a family member who had been in attendance.
In order to accomplish this, I was provided with an image of the original ticket stub for reference, however the stub had been torn in such a way that the majority of the information contained upon it was illegible. To compensate, I decided to rebuild the entire ticket stub from scratch in a vector format, with the addition of more width on the overall ticket so that I could rebuild the original text.
Next, I researched the history of the stadium that the concert was held in, to find more accurate information about the headlining and opening acts for the original 1975 concert for that particular date.
Then, I continued to rebuild the rest of the ticket stub using a combination of vector techniques and added texture and shading for additional realism.
